DURBAN METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY BYLAWS:

1.0 The following tariff of charges applies throughout the area of supply of the Durban Transitional Metropolitan Council:

(1) Subject to items 4(4) and 4(5), after cutting-off or restriction due to non-payment of monies due or breach of Bylaws.
