The Development Applications & Approval Department is responsible for the processing of Building Plan Applications. The thrust of this Department is towards the scrutiny and assessment of building applications in a reliable and efficient manner, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards, thereby promoting the safe and sustainable development of the built environment.
Where are we situated?
The Department is represented by the Regional Offices below where building applications may be submitted between the hours of 08:00 and 12:30 (Monday to Friday).
